Responsible Service of Alcohol
Reservoir RSL is committed to the delivery of responsible service of alcohol and the provision of a safe and secure environment for patrons and employees.
Management and staff are aware of and adhere to all rules and regulations applicable to responsible service of alcohol.
Reservoir RSL acknowledges that drunkenness, alcoholism and under-age drinking are serious social issues and therefore support initiatives that assist in addressing and preventing these issues.
No intoxicated persons will be admitted to the Sub-Branch.
Patrons will be denied service if they are considered to be intoxicated.
Drunk and disorderly persons will be requested to leave the premises.
We are committed to prevent under-age access and drinking and will insist on proof of age by requesting acceptable photo identification in the form an Australian Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card, Learners Permit, Keypass or Passport.
Reservoir RSL will continue to provide employee education and customer awareness programs on the responsible service of alcohol.
